Last Updated: [Insert Date, e.g., June 2026]

Welcome to drfuel.co.uk. By accessing this website or booking our emergency mobile fuel drain services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

  • "Company" refers to Dr Fuel.
  • "Customer" refers to the individual or business booking the service.
  • "Technician" refers to the mobile fuel drain expert dispatched by the Company.
  • "Service" refers to the removal of contaminated or incorrect fuel from a vehicle.

2. Service Bookings & Quotations

  • All quotes provided over the phone or via our website are based on the information provided by the Customer (e.g., vehicle make, amount of fuel put in, whether the engine was turned on).
  • We reserve the right to amend the price if the situation on-site differs significantly from what was described.

3. Dispatch & Arrival Times

  • We make every effort to arrive within the estimated time frame given during booking. However, arrival times are estimates only and can be affected by traffic, weather, road closures, or prior emergency delays.
  • Dr Fuel is not liable for any consequential losses caused by a delayed arrival.

4. Cancellation Policy

Because we dispatch emergency response vehicles immediately upon booking:

  • If you cancel the service before a technician is dispatched, no fee will apply.
  • If you cancel the service after a technician has been dispatched, a standard Call-Out/Cancellation Fee of £[Insert Amount, e.g., 60.00-90.00] will be charged to cover fuel, time, and logistics.

5. Limitation of Liability & Vehicle Damage

  • Pre-existing Damage: Dr Fuel is not liable for any mechanical, electrical, or fuel system damage that occurred before our arrival (e.g., if the Customer turned the key or drove the vehicle with incorrect fuel, causing high-pressure fuel pump or injector damage).
  • Our service is strictly limited to draining the contaminated fuel and flushing the fuel system where agreed. We do not offer mechanical vehicle repairs on-site.
  • While our technicians use industry-standard, ATEX-certified tools, the Customer accepts that misfueling a vehicle carries inherent risks to the engine components.

6. Payments

  • Payment is due immediately upon completion of the fuel drain service.
  • We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. The vehicle will not be released back to the customer until payment is cleared in full.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
